What’s new in 1.15?
Our team of in-house psychologists have been hard at work making some BIG changes to the app. Make sure you download or update the app so you can use our brand new mood tracking and insights tool, which will be replacing our current emotion tracking and insights system – track how you feel every day with our redesigned mood interface. Highlight activities, places and people that influence your mood, so you can focus on the things that make you feel great, and do less of the things that don’t.
