Today marks World Mental Health Day, the most important date on the My Possible Self calendar. That said, for us every day is World Mental Health Day as we believe that everyone deserves good mental health and it’s our ambition to help everyone achieve that, including you.

To mark World Mental Health Day this year we’ve:

  • Created a new and improved version of the app with new and fresh content
  • Launched a Podcast Series
  • Launched an Instagram Live series

We’re always looking at ways to keep you motivated, mindful and moving in the right direction, we’ve listened to our users feedback and requests for fresh content and it’s now live in the app. Check out our new and improved app – we hope you like it!

We think it’s important to open up conversations around mental health, that’s why we’ve called upon some of the most influential and renowned mental health experts to talk about topics that you want to hear about.

We’ll be chatting to our guests about their mental health experiences and delve into a new topic each week, also giving you an opportunity to ask any questions.
