From then to now – our journey continues
My Possible Self began its journey in 2009, delivering one on one therapy and well-being services to individuals who sought advice and support. Fast forward eight years and we couldn’t be more excited to bring My Possible Self into the digital world, making our clinically proven content available to those that wish to improve their mental well-being.
We want to guide individuals to reach their highest potential by giving them the tools to control their thoughts and feelings.
We all feel stressed, low or anxious at times. It is a normal part of everyday life. But it isn’t good to feel like this all the time. When these feelings overwhelm us, it can cause depression and even health complications.
But these negative thoughts and feelings can be tackled.
My Possible Self gives individuals the skills to understand why we are feeling the way we are. It also helps us to find new ways of coping with stressful situations. It teaches us to train our mind and to channel our inner thoughts, to help us live a better, more fulfilling life.
This isn’t a quick fix. It takes time and practice. But fear not, My Possible Self is with you every step of the way.
